Quite a big game on and off the field for Man Utd tomorrow, a home game facing Hull is a perfect opportunity to keep the pressure on Chelsea as they concentrate on the F.A Cup. A big improvement was shown in the midweek Carling Cup fixture on Tuesday against bitter rivals Man City, after controlling the vast majority of the game 2 very dubuis refereeing decisions cost Utd the result on the night. United have a massive boost for tomorrows game with key defender Rio Ferdinand back fit to tighten up the defence which has been struggling since his on off injury. Namanja Vidic still 2 weeks off, with a question mark still over Owen Hargreaves, with key players not far off full fitness this will surly help them push for a 4th consecutive Premier league title.
Off the field will be interesting for die-hard United fans as last weeks fixture with Burnley was very vocal after figures showing that a massive 716.5 million debt which has been caused by the American owners. Green and Gold will be worn by sections of the United faithful as a mark of protest towards the American Tycoon.
With England’s Rio Ferdinand tightening the defence up for United tomorrow and for there performance on Tuesday in the Carling Cup for me there is only one team that wins, despite Hull’s last result being a great 0-0 draw at Spurs’s White heart lane.
Prediction - Man Utd 2-0 Hull

Fixtures
An ideal start for the Premier league Champions with a home game to Birmingham, United well known slow starters will be hoping not to have a slip up at the start of this campaign. Also newly promoted Burnley face the Champions at Turf Moor 3 days later, with Wigan at the JJB arena a further 4 days on. The fixtures of last years campaign raised a few eyebrows at Old Trafford considering they had to play all top 9 finshers away from home in the 1st half of the season. Trips to Anfield, White Heart Lane, Stamford bridge and Upton Park in the 1st half of this season seem to be the the tough away fixtures, but still more evened out than last year.
Title contenders would expected to be Chelsea then Liverpool in my opinion with Arsenal being so much off the pace last year would need to seriously strengthen there side for any hopes of contending. As for Arsenal needing to strengthen with the departure of Christino Ronaldo to Real Madrid, Man United will need a fair replacement.
Prediction - Champions Man Utd
2nd Chelsea
3rd Liverpool
4th Up for grabs

Ronaldo as we all know is debatably the best player in the footballing world, in my opinion after watching United home and away all season i am still glad to see the back of the man. I will not disagree with anyone that insists getting rid of your best players isn’t the best idea in the world. The angle that i look at is simple, if the player doesn’t want to be there then let him go, he quite clearly wanted out of the club at least a year ago. It was always gonna be an impossibility to top what he did the previous year, but as for effort which is always my main concern it really seem to drop a level plus being more bothered about his personnel performance more than the teams. There is no doubt that we are gonna miss he’s goals etc but seeing it all before Fergie is the best man for finding a perfect replacement at the club. No one will ever be bigger than your football club and stuck up overpaid young lads should start to learn who pays there ridiculous wages and make them into there so called celebrity status. Most of the genuine United fans shown there loyalty towards Ronaldo when the famous World Cup incident happened with fellow team mate Wayne Rooney, personally i lost all respect for him after that, to do the things he did to a fellow work college was just unacceptable but the United faithful stuck by him and now have been shown no loyalty back. In all fairness to Ronaldo he has always stated he wanted to play for Real Madrid at some point in his career which is entirly his choice and well with in his rights to do so, but why go so early on in his career it can simply only be the sun and more money.
